Oregon Cider Week Event - Schilling Cider and Olympic Provisions Charcuterie Tasting.

Schilling Cider offered tastes of Original Hard Cider, Oak Aged Cider, Grapefruit Cider and their Ginger Cider. Paired with those were four meats... Nola, Loukanika, Saucisson D'Arles and Saucisson D'Alsace. Very tasty all around! Fun informational tidbit. August Schilling, founder of Schilling Spices, was the great- great-grandfather of one of the Schilling Cider cofounders!
