Cider Notes: Crispin Cider Artisanal Tasting Event

Bushwhacker What the Hell?, 5.8% ABV, cloudy lemon yellow color. Pumpkin hops, citrusy, not too tart, don’t taste much of the Pacifica Hops.

Crispin Bohemian, 100% fresh pressed. Light, crisp, made with Pilsner yeast, and a crisp apple finish.

Crispin Lion’s Belge Perry, Belgian Yeast, coriander and other spiced flavors.

Crispin The Saint, made with more maple syrup and the Belgian/ Trappist yeast.

SteelTown – aged in a succession of 5 different barrels, which each impart a different flavor profile for the cider. (Barrels: pinot noir, rye, whisky, sherry, Shiraz, blended with butterbean honey.

2Towns Ciderhouse Nice & Naughty, 10.3% ABV. Imperial spiced apple cider. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
