Cider Notes: Ace Joker Cider, 6.9% ABV, made in California. Light, clear gold color, apple scent, and a somewhat tart finish.

Thistly Cross Elderflower Sparkling Cider, 4% AVB. Made in Scotland. Premium Scottish Cider, light gold in color, floral scent, and a floral, rich, mellow flavor.

Charcuterie Plate: Napoli (Applewood Smoked), Norcino (Sangiovese), and Paprika Salami with Bagel Crostini.

Carlton Slake Cider, 6.9% ABV, almost clear color, very pale, oaky and sweet flavor.
