Location: Bushwhackers Brooklyn Bartender: Lara Cider Notes: Bushwhackers Ribbon Ridge Crab, 6.9% ABV, 8 oz. serving. Deep amber gold color, Apples handpicked by Dillon and Jeff Smith. Touch of the terroir, smooth start with tartness, and the flavors are complex with tannins.

Fly’n South Cider, 6% ABV. Made with Gooseberries. Very pale gold color, bright scent, very bright and refreshing flavor. Smooth, round full mouth feel.

Nice & Naughty, 10.5% ABV. More clove and less cinnamon than last year’s offering. Raw honey and brandy filled oak aging. Spice scent, smoky and spicy holiday flavor with nutmeg and meadowfoam honey.

Strongbow Honey & Apple Cider, 5% ABV. Rich gold color, strong honey scent, rich honey flavor. Label notes that it is not all natural flavors.

Tieton Holiday Cheer Cider, 6.9 ABV. Cardamom, nutmeg, piney flavors, with a light scent. Mellow, layered flavors with a full, round mouth feel.

Atlas Apricot Cider, 6.2% ABV.
