Location: Bushwhackers Brooklyn

Cider Notes: Seattle Cider Tasting, hosted by Erick. As of September 24, 2013, they were producing 7000 barrels of beer, and by March 2015, they expected to have a 9600 barrel capacity for beer, and 17,000 barrels of cider.

3 Pepper Cider, 6.9% ABV. I’m not a hot spice lover, but this was okay to drink and left a residual burning on my tongue.

Oaked Maple Cider, rich deep amber color, with a burst of maple flavor. This is a mellow and drinkable cider.
