Cider Notes: Ace Cider Tasting Event

Ace BlackJack 21 Cider, 9.0% ABV, this cider was created for their 21st Anniversary as a cider maker in Sonoma, California. It’s made with 100% Gravenstein apples, and aged in oak barrels. It’s very smooth and tasty.

Ace Berry, 5% ABV, light pink and gold color. Very berry flavors.

Ace Apple, 5% ABV, mellow flavors with a light fruity scent.

Finnriver Pome & Stone, 6.5% ABV. Made with peach and plum stone fruit along with the apples, extremely tasty.
