Spire Mountain Cider Labeling Release

Cider Notes: Spire Mountain Cider Tasting (release of new labels). All their ciders start out as a half portion of the Red Apple blend and some are back sweetened with cane sugar. They will be adding a Habanero Cider and a Hopped Cider coming up. Their parent company Fish Brewing also makes Fishtail Ales and Leavenworth Ales.
Original Sin Cherry, 6.0% ABV, lots of cherry flavor and smooth taste.
Spire Mountain Dark & Dry Apple, 5% ABV. Looks like coffee or caramel, semi-sweet, rich flavor, fruity and oaky scent.
Spire Mountain Red Apple, 5% ABV, golden color, fresh crisp scent, and very refreshing.
Spire Mountain Sparkling Pear, bubbly, light gold color and bright flavor.
Spire Mountain Spiced, light gold color, oaky smooth flavor with spiced tones.
Snowdrift Perry, single varietal Perry from Washington. Semi-dry, semi-sweet.
