Cider Notes: Thistly Cross / JK Cider Tasting

Anthem Blind Tiger, 7.2% ABV, aged in bourbon barrels. Pale, cloudy gold color and mellow, apple flavor with a slight citrus tang and a touch of bourbon. Lighter cider and very refreshing.

Thistly Cross Elderflower Cider

JK’s Northern Neighbor Cider, made with Saskatoon Berries (Service Berries). JK got them redefined as related to apples, to avoid paying the taxes for a fruit wine.

Woodchuck Cheeky Cherry, 5.5% ABV, from their Out On A Limb line. Sour cherry flavor.

Seattle Cider Basil Mint, 6.9% ABV.

High Wheel Deathwish Bunny, carrot, lemon, Dragonfly Chai, bright orange color.

1947 Spanish Sidra Natural Nara Cosacha Famiiar. Light and citrusy.
