Cider Notes:

1. Alpenfire Orchards – Calypso Blackberry Rum Bbl

2. Baird & Dewar Farmhouse Cider – 2015 Apricot Rosemary (Fruit Cider Challenge) light orange color, slightly cloudy, a bit tart with a touch of Fir / pine flavor

3. Baird & Dewar Farmhouse Cider – 2013 Lucky 13 Peach / Apricot Cider – light cloudy gold color, somewhat astringent

4. Bull Run Cider – Strawberry Fields (Fruit Cider Challenge) - golden pink color, rich strawberry flavor.

5. Fox Tail Cider – Rosenberry – Boysenberry and apple cider. Clear red color, slightly tart.

6. Sonoma Cider – The Washboard Sasp-Vanilla – rich gold color, clear, rich layered flavors

7. Anthem Cider – Boysen/Raspberry Cider – cabochon ruby color, deep red, semi-sweet, refreshing, berry nose.

8. Washington Gold Hard Cider – Gold Cherry Cider – 30% cherries, light red color, semi-sweet, like a cherry pie.

9. Wildcraft Ciderworks – Wild Rose

10. Sea Cider – Prohibition – molasses, rich deep golden-brown color. Many layers of rich flavor.

11. Portland Cider – Strawperry (Fruit Cider Challenge) pink / golden color. 5.6 % ABV. Strawberry nose. The pear mellows the strawberry flavor out, and it’s very tasty.

12. Hi-Wheel Wine & Mead Co – La Nina Fresca – strawberry lemon

13. 2Towns Ciderhouse – Peach Saison (Fruit Cider Challenge) pale gold, light, refreshing, semi-sweet and delicious.

14. Sonoma Cider – The Anvil Bourbon Flavor

15. JK’s Scrumpy Cider – JK’s Summer – made with orange peel, coriander and raisins. Rich mellow flavor, with the orange and raisins evident.
